How does the program work?

pFOkUS affiliate program  allows you to make money by referring customers to the websites. Each time you refer a customer to one of our websites and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a commission (5% to 10% on each sale). The transaction processing, fulfillment and customer service will be handled by us. You will also get detailed reports on sales that took place owing to your referrals from your website. Every month, we will pay you for the commission you earned.

Will I be able to promote products from the entire pFOkUS brands?

No, currently we are offering this scheme on only two of our products – Caponi and Imperia Deep Clean. By signing up, you will have access to these products and you will be able to drive traffic to these product links on our website.

What does it cost to join?

Applying to and participating in the pFOkUS Affiliate Program is absolutely Free. You don’t have to pay any fees to become our affiliate partners. No registration fees and no minimum sales requirement as well.

How do I create links to pFOkUS products?

If  you are a newbie and want to learn how to create links, then we will guide you. You need to first log into the partner dashboard, navigate to Ads> Ads & Links > Get Code.

You will be directed to a page where you can get all the available ad codes and links. Next, on the dashboard page of the partner account, click on ‘Create Link’ widget to create shorter links and generate deep linked links.

Can I take the order on my website?

No. Catalog, pricing and availability updates are all part of our integrated catalog and ordering platform. Your links will be redirected to our product page, where your referrals can shop directly from.

Is my website eligible to become a pFOkUS Affiliate?

Anyone with a website may submit an application. However, we reserve the right to deny membership to a website or revoke a website’s membership any time if we find it contains links to objectionable material. This includes pornography, explicit language or content, violence, discrimination, promotion of illegal activities, violate of intellectual property rights or laws, libelous defamatory or disparaging materials or even websites that have little or no content. Our list of objectionable material may exceed the ones mentioned-above.

Can a website outside of the US become an affiliate?

Yes, affiliates based outside the US can join the program, but they should know that currently we deliver in the US only.

What if I operate more than one website?

Yes, you can have multiple websites, but you need to add all those under one affiliated account only. To set them up, you can contact us and provide the names and URLs of all your websites. Once set up, you can create links specific to each website and generate separate reports for each website. You will also receive one commission check for all of your websites.

Can I use the  pFOkUS logos and names on my site?

Yes, you can use our logos and names on your site. However, you should use the logos provided via the affiliate program only.

Tracking, Referral Fees and Payment

How can I keep track of how many people I refer?

In your login panel, you will find details of how many people you have referred. You can also check your login panel to keep a track.
How much will I be paid?

You will be paid anywhere between 5-10%. The commission rates are based on the net sales.

When will I get the payment?

You will be paid approximately 30 days after a commissionable sale is completed.

Will I earn referral fees for personal orders?

Yes, you can earn referral fees even for personal orders.

Terms: Acceptance and Return Policy

If publishers directly link to your website from other search engines, will they receive commission?

No, they will not get any commission until we allow it.

If publishers use your brand name in their display URL, will they receive full commission?

No, we do not allow anybody to include their brand name in their URL. Our team will give the keywords.

Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include VAT?

No, we do not add VAT in the transaction values.

Does the transaction value that commissions are paid on include delivery charges?

No, the value does not include delivery charges.

Are all products or product categories entitled to commissions?

They will get commission only on our selected products – Caponi and Imperia Deep Clean.

In case you need to edit the terms and condition of your publisher program, how many days prior notice do you give to your publishers?

We will give a notice 7 days prior to making changes.

If updating your website and there is the possibility of the site being unavailable, then how many days prior notice do you give to your publishers?

In case of a planned update, we will notify our affiliates 7 days before. however, in case of sudden bugs, we will not be able to inform you before.

Where possible, when lowering commissions, how many days prior notice would you like to give to your publishers?

We will give them 7 days prior notice in this case.
