pFOkUS’ Commitment to Data Privacy

The policy set forth below outlines the personal data that pFOkUS may collect, how pFOkUS uses and safeguards that data, and with whom we may share it. pFOkUS website is intended to be used by it’s customers, commercial visitors, business associates, investors, and other interested parties for business purposes. Personal data collected by pFOkUS through its website or by other means is used in support of our commercial relationship with you, including, but not limited to, the processing of customer orders, orders from vendors, managing accounts, learning about customers’ needs, responding to inquiries, and providing access to information. Also, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction to support our relationship with you:

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor share it with third parties except as set forth in this policy. pFOkUS will retain your personal data as long as you maintain a customer relationship with pFOkUS and/or if you have registered to receive marketing or other communication from pFOkUS, until such time as you request that we delete such personal data.

Third Party Service Providers

pFOkUS is the commercial operator of its website and uses service providers to assist in hosting or otherwise acting as data processors, to provide software and content for our sites and to provide other services. pFOkUS may disclose personal data supplied by you to these third parties who provide such services under contract to protect your personal data. In addition, where consistent with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction, pFOkUS may disclose personal data if such disclosure:

For our customers in the European Union (EU), please note that pFOkUS (as a US based company) operates also through its direct and indirect subsidiaries in countries outside of the EU (including the US) and may involve certain third parties (as described above). If you use our website, all information, including personal information, may be transferred to pFOkUS (including subcontractors that may be maintaining and/or operating our website) in the United States and elsewhere and may be transferred to third parties that may be located anywhere in the world. When a user views pFOkUS website, pFOkUS may store some data on the user’s computer in the form of a “cookie” to automatically recognize the user upon future visits to pFOkUS website. pFOkUS will make reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of relevant jurisdictions with regard to cookies.

pFOkUS will not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. pFOkUS website is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

Data Retention

pFOkUS reserves the right to modify this policy from time to time in order that it accurately reflects the legal and regulatory environment and our data collection principles. Liability

In the event that pFOkUS transfers personal data to a third-party service provider for processing on pFOkUS’ behalf and such third party processes the personal data in a manner inconsistent with the above stated privacy principles, then pFOkUS will bear liability in accordance with applicable law and, if applicable, the terms of any relevant contract, unless pFOkUS is not responsible for the event giving rise to related damages.
