Shipping & Pickup
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at the pFOkUS Studio, or have them delivered directly to your door. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery, pickup, and managing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on all orders over $50 in the United States. pFOkUS uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page, you’ll see your item description, price and delivery timing which almost all orders ship from the pFOkUS Studio the same day or the next day.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
Next day and two-day
Next day and two-day shipping is available on in-stock items that are ordered before 11am the same day.
Guaranteed shipping services
Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee:
- Guaranteed Next Day Shipping — Delivers in one business day
- Guaranteed Next Day Shipping, before noon — Delivers before noon the day after the product is available
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please note that applicable shipping fees apply to oversize packages.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, on the Order Confirmation email and online when you view your order on the Order Status website.
pFOkUS Studio Pickup
Once you’re ready to purchase, select Pick up at Checkout.
You’ll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.
To pick up your items at the pFOkUS Studio, you will need to bring the order number.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items delivered or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items on your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and a delivery date.
If you chose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a shipment notification email when the item has a tracking number. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website once your package has been picked up by the carrier.
Once your items are available at the pFOkUS Studio, we’ll send a pickup notification email.
We’ll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
Carrier Delivery Options
pFOkUS chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to pFOkUS. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Shopping in the U.S.
Items purchased online from pFOkUS ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from pFOkUS.
Sales to U.S. territories
Simply shop at the pFOkUS Online Store with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any 50 United States or to most countries.
